Great hotel in perfect location for our needs, a short walk to the ice rink.Good price for a one night stay.Staff were fabulous, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble, in fact they seemed genuinely pleased to help! ? Made it feel like a home from home, perfect service ? a huge well done and thank you to you all ?

Me and my partner had come to Nottingham to visit some family and catch the local football game going on and stayed at this premier Inn for the first time . Firstly I'd love to say that the staff Lorraine and Michelle were very accommodating and could not do enough for us during our stay. They made sure we knew the times of services like breakfast, were comfy in our room (down to fetching us a heater for the cold night), check in and check out was very quick unlike some hotels that seem to drag it out to be difficult. I could not have asked for better service. The room was homely and clean, and the bed was actually comfy. We would definitely come back here to stay, for what I paid, the room was great and the services offered by the staff was even better. We even had a drink at the bar post-match, and was told about all of the local tourist sites by michelle to spend our next day in notts as our train home was quite late. The only complaint I would have is that the staff members there were clearly juggling a lot of responsibility as I saw no other staff members in our time at the hotel, but they seemed to be handling it so well and with a smile. Thank you to premier Inn. We will be back.

We didn't stay the night, but called in for breakfast instead... as it was eat as much as you want I thought it was a buffet style, instead you order and they bring it, I got plenty of what bits asked for, and ibcould help myself to toast and coffees I just felt it wasn't cooked quite right, scrabled eggs were quite pasty and the black pudding very under cooked for my liking... I should have sent it back or said something but im not one for making a fuss specially when the staff had accomdated us calling in at the last moment... for a tenna I'd go again, just perhaps take the fried eggs and tell them too crisp up the black pudding a little more :-)

Stains on bed frame carpet ripped no shampoo or conditioner or even tiolet paper, stains also on carpet and chair very low quality came away for new year and honestly had to leave even smelt of drugs in elevater had to bring my little girls in that elevater they nearly gaged age 7 and 12 very disappointed spoiled my new year and probably a whole lot more people and even half the staircases were flooded honestly terrible no extra pillows would not encourage staying poor quality cleaner

Luckily enough to have a perfect stay, room was clean, staff were very helpful during my time in Nottingham. Best premier hotel in the region by far, bespoke care and a drive to make things easy. Breakfast was top notch and the meal deals were within budget. Highly recommended a stay by the canal with lots of rich history and close amenities within 10 minutes. Would be visiting again.Rooms: Room was to standard, clean and many towels on request
