No plug by bed. Carpets could do with clean otherwise good bed and night's sleep. Good location for central Notts.

Stayed here before and always found it convenient, but this time was welcomed by a nice lad at the reception. He had good chat and seemed genuinely interested about my day.I didn't get his name, (and unfortunately he was an Arsenal fan) but awesome service and a memorable experience.

Perfect for what we wanted. Typical comfy Premier Inn rooms. Lovely

Decent Premier Inn, bed was comfy, pillows too. Freindly staff. Powerful shower and soft towels. I didn't have time for breakfast but the coffee was lovely. Reasonably priced parking out the back, I wasn't worried about security. Great location for the Uni, Theatre and Concert Hall.

Staff were great. When we checked in, they were able to give us a bigger room looking on to the trams which was great for the kids.

Great welcome, clean, quiet room inc bath. On tram route with nearby stop but made access to hotel car park interesting. No apparent legal route, so hotel advance guidance could be clearer. Also would be good if Web details clarified bath or shower. We like bath but we're caught out at a different Premier Inn by only having showers. Free WiFi worked well. Integral Costa & restaurant but we didn't use, meeting friends etc during visit.Rooms: Regular Premier Inn good quality, comfortable bed, slept well etc.Safety: Good that needed room access card to enter lift etc so no stray people inside, although on busy street. Bedroom door double locks

Clean, well presented room. Little bit cold, but only because we didn't find the heater to raise the temp!! Staff were lovely. Helpful and ready to share a joke. It was quiet, and just what was needed. Will be going again. Recommend.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Bit tired in some areas... Carpets worn. Comfortable room and nice hot baths. The shower isn't the best but it didn't really bother me. The hotel is in a great location with everything at walking distance. Quiet hotel. Breakfast was good, all you can eat at a good price. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff food was very good not as much choice as I would have liked, but they really set up for a night to two nights stay so for those kinds of stays ok. Breakfast was Great buffet styleRooms: Well set out clean rooms with everything you could want for a short stayFood & drinks: Food was tasty well served.Beer like most Hotels over priced

Brilliant hotel, clean, modern, staff friendly eg David On reception. Breakfast brilliant.Rooms: Very clean n modern. Everything you need.Nearby activities: Loads to do. Markets, ice bar, ye olde Jerusalem pub, caves, justice museum and Court. Not castle very poor.Walkability: Better to use tram stop near hotel.Food & drinks: Great breakfast. Toasters took forever.Ran out of several spirits and laqures in bar at night.Noteworthy details: Disappointed that TV in bar only had one chanel and no sound. Would have stayed and spent more money if us and friends could watch together

We as a family have been massive supporters of Premier Inns for many years, they were 9 times out of 10 our "go to"However I was disappointed with the overall quality of this PI. The staff were helpful & friendly. But after that we were disappointed with the room. They've become shabby, dirty & lacked final finish. The beds which have always been superb, sagged in the middle. The bathroom, had marks & stains on the walls & doors. More seriously, my wife actually slipped falling out of the bath about 4 yrs ago whilst staying in a PI in Lincoln. My wife is now awaiting a hip operation & gaining access & more importantly exit from the bath with its high sides & the bathroom floor level being considerably lower than the bath is dangerous. We did breakfast. Again I love their food, but the restaurant was a bit too small for the size of the hotel. The quality lacked, fried eggs were overcooked, so we went for poached eggs but had to wait 20/25mins. Great when they arrived but the sausages which were always my favourite were simy awful, undercooked & skins I was unable to cut through. Bacon, beens, hash browns & tomatoes fine.Would I use this hotel again, NO. I will use PI again but they need to up their game.
