Very friendly and helpful I couldn't locate some pillows and asked and a woman took me to where they were located instead of telling me where they were. Till service was quick and easy and very polite cashier young lady, couldn't of asked for a better service especially on a Saturday.

Been shopping here for years but sadly they decided to reduce the menswear section and haven't been back since. I would like to leave this review on a positive note and would like to mention that the staff are all friendly and helpful even when they are super busy.

Not very organised in some of the sections and some sections were untidy. Sizes missing and no-one visible to ask if the sizes were available in store.

Disappointed with the member of staff today, Christine (middle aged lady) who clearly doesn?t want to be there.Visited the Nottingham store in full swing of Christmas to quite frankly coming out feeling really peed off.She made the whole transaction difficult as if it was coming from her own pocket. Returned a faulty item to have her say ?umm I don?t think it was done that way?People was waiting behind me and it didn?t need to be made difficult.No customer service from her what so ever. Spent so much money, felt like telling her to refunded everything.She clearly shouldn?t be working with customers.

Primark is a store which sells clothing and accessories for all the family as well as home wear, Christmas decorations and much more.A store well worth a visit.

This is one of the biggest Primark stores I have visited, and there's quite a large selection of items to purchase. While it isn't the cheapest store around, it is definitely not the most expensive, and will be affordable for most people. I had no problems navigating and paying, and my entire shopping experience was nice

The place is accessible but there's still too many aisles with close gaps that make it difficult to navigate with my wheelchair. When it's busy there's a lot of prams using the elevators. The staff are very helpful which does make up for the few failings it has.
