I would love to score this store as 0 out of 5. Not only staff is chatting on headphones or to themselves each time I go there but also when I thought let me change the world and start a conversation to them politely so I said - hello how are you.... Silence... Again - thought they couldn't hear me lol so once again - hello how was your day... Nothing. If it's only one time I could swallow it somehow. But it wasn't first, second or third time that I been treated like Air. I'm better off going to Tesco across the road at least my experience is more pleasant.

Well, it was a while ago, I feel like to say it now. I went in for a £20 mobile top-up voucher, somehow I lost it before use. So I rang them the next day to see if they could help me to find the copy of the receipt for the top-up pin, the female manager or whoever was in charge spent some time to check and to look for it, eventually she found it. She told me the pin over the phone and I used it straight away and it worked ! Thank you !

Some the staff seem have attitude problem in this particular store and seem to act like they are doing it a favour helping customers.\\n\\nThe place is so dirty too, everything is grimey and I'm sure they are trying to create a new virus on the self-services tills because they have that grim and dirt on them.\\n\\nNot sure who manages this place but I would be embarrassed of how badly it is run.

Due to the staff constantly having their own conversation through earpieces, the service is an absolute joke.You'll often find 4/5 members of staff in 1 isle laughing and joking, while everyone waits up to 5 minutes to get served or even longer if the self service till screws up.Only saving grace of this place is the very loud man who works on the tills. He brings the only good level of customer service in the entire place a d actually has a personality.Go to Tesco round the corner instead...

Something about this place just depresses me. Not sure if it's the low ceilings, the cramped aisles, or the dilapidated feel. I try to avoid it if I can.

I came here looking for paper towels (kitchen towels in the UK, apparently) and hand soap. Found both quite easily on my own. My daughter insisted we purchase a bottle of apple juice so we picked it up as well. Overall, the shopping experience is fine here.

Work near by and use this Sainsbury a lot, but recently went to counter and a young mix race girl was so rude. I only asked for one item and was met with angry teen attitude. Sainsbury sort out your recruitment process. Not using you again.

Security guard is always rude when I go, but seems to be very nice to the older customers.All the staff seem to stand and gossip. The shelves always seem to be empty when I go.Multiple visits and it seems to get worse each time
