Good place to shop for everything, all under one roof.

Bit pricier than where I usually shop, but they do have a good selection. My main reason for coming here is the recycling - the only place I know with a tetrapak carton recycling bin!(Although it wasn't there when I last went, so if that's a permanent removal, it'll knock a star off...)Edit: 3 tries over the past 2 weeks, and the carton recycling bin still isn't back, so will find somewhere else to recycle them, and probably won't visit this supermarket again.

Sainsbury's, in Castle Boulevard, Nottingham. This super market is enormous.... prepared to get a little bit lost in it .......The back of the shop is a little bit pokey, to move around in .....Aisles a bit too close together....There is all the usual stuff, sold in it ,as a super store. They have toilets.A petrol station is there also. The vegetables are a bit pricey, for my liking, so I only bought an Avocado, at 89 pence......Good freezer section.......Have a look at the bottom shelves, for bargains......All in all, not a bad shopping experience ?

Customer service poor today, perhaps more training is needed so staff can deal with all clients at service desk. Not stand there complaining about their job.

First and foremost I would strongly say that management is appalling, I?ve been shopping at Sainsbury for decades and find it very distressing the incompetence and the upkeep of this business is in shambles. Building is stiffly cold the condition is critical how are the staff suppose to work in a environment like that, it is an icebox I am old and suffer with arthritis and find it difficult to shop, it?s been like this for years very off putting when I do my daily shopping, they need better managers that know how to function the place, I feel sorry for the staff they are rushed off there feet overworked and unappreciated, I?ve witness management disregarding there staff to struggle on the desk moving from one place to another to juggle 2 jobs, management nowhere to be seen!!! absolutely ridiculous you should be appalled, and frankly it?s like this everywhere on the self scan smart shop and tills, young short lad manager of the tills diabolical doesn?t seem to care, standing there without the foggiest idea, leadership is questionable don?t seem capable to fulfil the role, management is careless I am flabbergasted and no excuses for the neglect towards there staff no remorse, I have great sympathy for the staff they work hard and have little recognition, very unhealthy and difficult to watch them freeze in the middle of winter, they are walking around in hats gloves and coats and I would like for the complaint to be resolved immediately else I would be contacting trading standards, without doubt despicable overall I shall not be returning until these issues are resolved, use to be a nice place to shop unfortunately it has gone downhill they need to sort the heating out, my experience with Sainsbury Castle Boulevard is off putting I am taking my service elsewhere perhaps you should focus on treating your colleagues better!!! Goodness gracious

Great selection of produce, not enough workers on the checkout was balancing my groceries. 9n the self checkout had a query about some carrots nobody about to ask, so I ended up sorting it out myself and paying more. Selection of women's clothes is usually excellent herr. Was OK this time. More basic good quality staples, i.e., black jumpers and cardigans needed.

Nectar Points are an added bonus at Sainsbury?s but we are also able to buy fuel for our car. The store is convenient, well priced and there is ample parking available

I have a disability so not able to walk around shop, however they have mobile scooters with large baskets on them, however they need to remember to charge them as I ran out of battery before I finished, the shop assistant helped me so I left happy. Thanks you to the lady that assisted me.

My first visit using the smart app. All went very smoothly with a great range of items on special nectar prices.

It is nice for quick snacks and beverages, and they have a pickup point for your online orders from (TU or Argos).

Massive store and selection, reasonable queues. They seem to stock every type of pizza made.

This is a very large Sainsbury's store with a massive car park. There's loads of disabled and parent parking.Plenty of localised trolley returns.Inside the store the toilets are very well kept. There are all the usual products you'd expect in very organised week stoked aisles, with the addition of fresh baked goods, a hot counter, pizza and a cafe. The price can be cooked on site for you to take away in a take away box

Loads of staff on the sales floor doing Jack! And queues for the tills stretching around the shop... Possibly the worst run Sainsbury's I have ever had the misfortune to enter. Just dumped my trolley full of shopping and left. I'll help them with the queues...I won't be back! Have they not the wit to open the many tills that aren't manned. The Qatari owners must think "what a bunch of lemons running this store"!

Very poor....lots of staff on the sales floor, but next to no tills manned. When I realised the length of the queues to pay, I just dumped the trolley and walked out. Life is too short! Why this branch of Sainsbury's couldn't have asked staff on the sales floor to come and man a till at busy times is a mystery, unless they want to force customers to use self checkouts?
