Extremely rude staff, especially Clare at the Queen's Road branch. I suggest you give her some customer service training.Went into buy a product and asked for advice on the correct item, her response was "I'm here to sell items to you, I'm not an expert to help you find what you need".

Great for picking up products easily. Easy to order online, pay and pick up. Large car park with accessibility parking. Friendly helpful staff with a good layout of the store for queuing. Screens at counter and good social distancing measures in place. Recently they have changed the layout of the collection area in the store to make it easier to queue.Just picked up at item after ordering online. Staff friendly and helpful as usual.
