Waste of time trying to ring, its pot luck if anyone answers same at head office.Wasted 40 minutes so.i guess I know what to do.

Manager called me back within 5 minutes, promised to look into my complaint which head office had overlooked, promised to rectify the problem by 3-30.On the dot I received a call confirming she had transferred funds back into one of my accounts, paid money into another of my accounts all in a few hours. Head office had taken 3 weeks and had completely overlooked my request.I made a formal complaint about the handling at head office but the Nottingham branch were so helpful and courteous.I will continue to invest with them now.Thank you very much
