Extremely disappointing first experience with SB. Ordered a sports bra on 27th December and my order did not arrive. Contacted SB on numerous occasions since then and emails ignored and no refund has been received. Def will not be using this company again, very disappointing

Aimee at SB Nottingham exceeded my expectation. All the staff at this branch are outstanding and always go above and beyond to make each visit a pleasure. During my recent trip Aimee proved herself to be an absolute asset showing compassion & care when I needed it most. I bought £165.75 of items in the Nottingham store in March. When my card statement arrived they had charged me twice! I have contacted them both in store and online and they are not interested! I have had to go through my bank to get the money refunded and they have said it could take up to 3 months! I have shopped here for years but will never do again. Disgusting customer service, they should be ashamed!

I visited the store today just for a browse firstly I was approached by a lovely young lady who was very well mannered. I spotted some trousers another assistant came over and suggested I try them in a small she quickly went down to the storeroom but there wasn't any she had bought another style which was perfect. I also bought a hoody from the winter range and they've made a lovely outfit. Thankyou girls for great customer service ??

Highly recommend going into store to buy sweaty Betty clothing, I had a lovely encounter with Nicola, she was ever so helpful and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be returning to store rather than ordering online.

Went to SB Nottingham today and really love the new store. Nicola and Fiona were both really welcoming and smiley even though they were a few staff members down due to Covid. They were so kind, attentive and helpful despite the number of customers in store and never made you feel rushed. The item I wanted wasn?t in stock, but I was able to try on another colour and they placed the order for me in store to be delivered to my home address.

I have to share the best ever customer service experience I received from Kat at the Sweaty Betty store in Nottingham. After not being able to speak to their online team I opted to call Nottingham shop explained my concerns of which Kat listened, looked at options available which certainly benefited me.
