On Friday I made a special trip to Nottingham Victoria centre to buy my wife some birthday presents and I am always very happy with the service at the perfume shop. On this occasion I was served by a very helpful lady in a black jacket who went out of her way to explain the difference perfumes and products she Really took her time and listed to me .After I had pick the perfume she asked if I had a reward?s card which I do and after finding it on the till for me I was informed I would be getting extra discount as I hadn?t shop with them yet this year (because it?s a special journey as I live in Grantham) so of course I then brought a second perfume as it?s was such an amazing offer and got them both beautifully wrapped and put in a gift bag i?m sure my wife will be thrilled of them.I will be shopping at the perfume shop on my next visit to Nottingham that?s for sure !

Sadly the aftershave I preferred has been discontinued but instead of being flogged the most expensive cologne in the shop the staff went out of their way to help me find a scent I like. I was served by a guy who was fantastic and so very helpful and i ended up finding a fragrance I love. Excellent service.

I was very indecisive with what I wanted and was saying I wanted perfume that was sweet and smelt like I came out the shower but I also don?t want anything too strong but also wanted something strong so it could last? They were all laughing at me saying it?s the complete opposite and I?m contradicting myself. I get that it?s confusing but it seemed like they were laughing AT me. Cause I sure wasn?t laughing. They were so impatient with me. I?m Not sure why they had so much attitude. You are working in this job so expect things like this. Definitely not coming back to this particular store again. Did not feel welcomed and felt like I was being judged and rushed to make a decision. Because as soon as I said the words ? I will purchase this? their energy shifted.

The staff who work in this branch are slow, rude and incapable of serving people in a fast manner when it is busy. Walking round like they have all the time in the world and gossiping. Most of them do not even deserve to have a job at all
