Doesn't actually open until 9am! Just travelled all the way there while very sick to find a note on the door saying 9am open, when google and the Well website say 7am :( According to the staff next door at Coop it's been like this for some time.

They used to be great. Now mistakes are being made, my daughter didn?t get her inhaler when prescribed and only got the mask and nobody answers the phone! What is the point in having a phone if you don?t answer it! A complaint will be made if my daughters condition gets worse.

No longer open at 7am...massive disappointment for me. That said, the staff in there are just as pleasant and helpful as ever. It took 10 minutes for my dad to get his flu jab from walking in and enquiring.

I moved to well pharmacy six yrs ago because of my constant surgery to eyes and spinal cords. At the time they was fantastic late openings and the ability to get the prescribed drugs in emergency.As constantly suffering chronic pain to the eyes ?. The staff was extremely friendly some local staff they all knew their customers and offer a great service.! Question is whatWhat happened??I had prescription on delivery for year and a half and when I was having a gooday and could .I would get on scooter.and fetch them. Recently I ask to put me on the list as having a second spinal surgery ? only asking for a short while.I was point blanked refused and advice to get someone else to pick it up . Ansa this will be hard . Live alone .Well get your carers. So left it .The reality there's n.carers asignedI think maybe it because I am no longer swallowing all these poisonous medication bags full per months so they're not interested in delivering my eye medication that will prevent me from instant unrecurrible blindness. Cause through .?Glaucoma just for a cpl of months maxed. Where is the love . The service . Please too much excuses ? ?
