Great shop and staff, 2 stars up, would be 5* but spoiled by poor disabled access, making disadvantaged customers go around a very long, one-way aisle shape with no middle cut-through. There is space to create a wide end-aisle facing the entrance to shortcut straight towards the fresh produce - staff member advised this is not possible due to shoplifters (needs one-way barrier?). The produce and extra wide aisle is at the far-end from entrance hence excessive walking. I am a long-term blue badge user and usually the dedicated spaces are too-few, too-small (site owners responsibility, not tenants) and full, meaning extra walking from the slacker garden centre part of the car park.

came in yesterday around 6:30 and there was a lovely man on the till, very polite. asked how my day was and genuinely showing interest in conversation. can?t praise him enough! such a lovely man definitely deserves recognition xx

Nice store, spent 2 hours in there, I really enjoyed it.It was my first visit and it was really nice.They have some really good stuff.
