I tried to use the shell car wash bay 2 on Wednesday 23rd August. It took my card transaction but it wouldn’t start. I tried a second time thinking I’d made a mistake (I’ve used a number of times before so I know how it works). It took my money again and still wouldn’t start. No error code. Waste of time parking in front of the store with clearly labelled car park spacing to get some cigarettes when a rude woman comes out to ask you to move your vehicle around the corner without reason.When pulling into these services you will only get rude behaviour from the staff.So shameful on shell.
