The shop is so neat and tidy a d clothes all fresh and clean. Staff were most helpful and a credit to their care and attention of the donations given.

After numerous visits and not being open, I finally went and it was open. What a huge disappointment to hear that the Manager had to reluctantly take her redundancy, she was such a credit to Age UK and will be missed greatly. The shop has lost its friendly atmosphere and staff didn't seem bothered. I also had to wait for a while as the lady behind the till had made a mistake and started to panic. I wont be going back for a while and that's if it's open.

What a fantastic charity shop this is. They have a brilliant range of second hand clothing and bric-a-brac, there are some real bargains to be found here.I regularly make donations to this charity shop as you can easily pull up outside the shop to unload - the staff are always so willing to lend a helping hand as we usually have several bags to deliver. The staff and volunteers are wonderful, they are always happy to help. I know that they are looking for new volunteers at the moment as a few have retired, why not join this happy team? The other great thing is that all of the profits go to Age UK Notts which is a local charity supporting older people across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire - all the money stays locally (unlike the Age UK national shop around the corner - all the money from there goes down to London to support Age UK a separate national charity).Shop, donate, volunteer and help local older people - What?s not to like?Thank you to the team you are all stars!
