The doors are locked as it's currently appointment only. Despite me rattling the doors, they kept me waiting outside in the rain. The member of staff seeing me kept taking his mask off when I was in a room with him (customers were made to wear them). I'm sure there are people with hearing problems who find mask-wearers difficult. In which case, staff should at least wear visors? He sneezed without his mask on. If you're worried about catching covid I'd give it a miss.

If I could give these jokers zero stars I would do. Rank incompetence pretty much every time I've gone in over the last couple of years. Can't be bothered to even list the myriad issues. Specsavers for me from now on
