I had previously had both a phone and a laptop repaired by Sam so when I had a problem with my e-bike electronic cable I hoped that he would be able help. It was a fiddly job - a bent pin inside an insulated hood, but he straightened it quickly and efficiently. Many thanks!! I would definitely recommend this shop - especially convenient for me as I live in West Bridgford.

I had a wifi problem on my laptop and could not resolve with trouble shooting or with Microsoft guide. It was an option to reinstall window. Sent a message online, got a quick response suggesting I come in. He looked at my laptop and immediately found the fault, reinstalled the drivers and it was up connecting to the internet in less than 5 minutes. Was very impressed with the service and for this small task was without charge, so if I have major problems I know where to come in future, recommend to everyone.

Found this place on the internet. Went in for an SSD Replacement for my laptop.The guy was pretty knowledgeable and did the upgrade at a reasonable price.Would recommend this store to anyone who wants repairs with their PC/Laptops.
