The counter employee was impatient and unhelpful. There is no justification for customers to be treated with such rudeness and impatience. I can only feel sorry for those who cannot find information online and rely on them for help.

Staff are so rude and unhelpful !!! They need more training !!! I try to avoid using this PO as I have rarely had a positive experience. The omniculture at this PO has always been terrible in my experience. The staff are miserable and confrontational. They would really benefit from intensive customer service training !!!

I just want to say a huge thank you to the LOVELY staff at the Post office. Always cheery, polite, helpful and professional. I've seen the way they can be treated by some customers and they deserve a medal for staying cool, calm and collected!! For anyone reviewing negatively, there's plenty of other post offices locally - use them instead and spare these lovely ladies your agro!

I want to say how fantastic the team are at this post office. They are always friendly and helpful. They have time for everyone even though they are often very busy. A genuinely professional, welcoming and kind team. The best post office team for miles!

I saw a review written by a Jon Reid and felt obliged to write a positive review to challenge the "keyboard warrior" and say that I don't recognise the he comments made. I have been using this Post Office for many years and the Ladies behind the counter are always very polite, efficient and helpful. They always try to offer the best level of service and do so with a bit of humour. I have seen the way they are treated and definitely do not deserve this level of negative criticism.... They have to deal with all types of people and they do so with professionalism. Keep doing a great job, the majority of people appreciate what you are doing.

Bridgford Rd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6AP - 19/11/2022 10:34 - Met again by yet another miserable looking rude Post Office counter employee who called (me) rude and later stupid when asked ''do i want proof of postage'' after i said ''yes'' to her 3 times! I'm getting sick and tired of these arrogant rude staff members who are there to provide a service to paying customers and NOT make make personal comments to customers! I know they are low paid but that's not an excuse to be insulting to customers who the P.O. Ltd and their Shareholders rely on for for their profits. Sadly as most who complain know the POST OFFICE LTD aren't going to do much about it as usual, and shift you sideways to Resolver UK so the P.O. Ltd don't have to deal with it....but i will. Started recording staff who are rude and post out on the internet so it will increase awareness to the point that P.O. LTD will have to respond to this unacceptable behavior!

Not happy with the service. Went on recommendation of HSBC as they nolonger accept coins. On arrival was told full bags only. Sorted out part bags, got receipt after being asked if it was correct. When I double checked after account credit was £10 short. Went back and was told I'd paid less in on a £10 bag. I hadn't said any more but was told it was 50p's. Would love to know how female knew

The lady was so rude I thought I was being Punkt. I had a big stack of small parcels but I'd already done her job for her by pre-stamping them with online postage labels. She saw the size of the pile and threw a little tantrum, saying I can generate proof of postage myself so I don't need to bring them into a branch: "It would save a lot of paper..." and then muttered "...and time" under her breath. First, I don't even think that's even true because how do I verify sending an item unless scanned by Royal Mail staff? I can hardly do it myself! If I can drop pre-labelled parcels into any postbox, why doesn't the RM website tell you that? More importantly, I don't understand how anyone can be vocal to a customer about having to do their job. There was nobody in the queue, so I wasn't holding anybody up. She was just being lazy. Your job is to sit on a chair and scan things...Try being a nurse on your feet all day!!
