“Just wanted to share the really professional service we have had yet again from the TUI store in West Bridgford.We were meant to go to Rhodes this summer but due to the fires, had to change, this was handled swiftly and professionally by the staff, who were able to find us a hotel and resort they knew would suit us and our teenage children.Nothing was too much trouble and everything was catered for; plane seats, Escape Lounge at the airport and room allocations, (which are complicated because there are 8 of us!)We have already booked with TUI again next year because we trust the staff and know the service will be second to none. Their knowledge of resorts and hotels is invaluable and they temper this with knowing our families needs and requirements. A huge thanks for getting this right for us every year.”
