Absolutely poor service. Sally Anne was rude and did not listen to my wife who was in the middle of grieving. No empathy shown, literally computer says no attitude. Spoke over her and did not give an opportunity for us to explain.Just told someone has told us wrong. No discretion shown discussing the account in a big busy bank further highlighting a complete lack of care and empathy. Avoid if you can!!

Made a visit to this branch today its not my usual branch but found the level of service to be light and day from the other local branchBig thank you to Jamie the branch manager and Zena who were just so positive and delightful to deal with .Well done guys I will only be using this branch going forwardKeep up the good work !A

Don't give the faceless profit mongers an excuse to close this branch down. The usual strategy is to reduce opening hours, encourage you to use the self service facilities and ensure there aren't sufficient resources to provide a good service to force you to try online and and telephone banking. Thats not great when you get older or have to deal with a complex matters or find you have been defrauded of your money and need the assurance of a sympathetic bank emploee. Post Offices won't help you with any complex matters and if the help you need isn't standard be prepared to go around in circles on line or with an AI chat bot. Even when you call you have to wait anything between 30 mins or an hour to get help if you aren't cut off first

TSB West Bridgford. I won't be going there again. Treated like a second class citizen because I am an OAP. Always happy with TSB previously but my experience today was shocking. What the hell has happened to the banking system in this country? After 35 minutes and no-one in before me, I am still waiting to do a simple transfer. I had to go before my car parking ticket ran out and then the visit would have cost me even more.

I had a mammoth exercise over several months in changing signatories on a business account. Then I met Becky, she was amazing, empathetic, supportive and helped me laugh during it. She phoned as promised (which doesn?t often) to advise and check on progress. Even one a few days after. Every branch needs a Becky!

TSB Is a disgrace.They've closed nearly every branch within a 6 mile radius and only have one position open in w/b branch. Constant queues. GREED BEYOND BELIEF.

I attended the West Bridgeford branch of TSB today.I was assisted by a gentleman called Ryan who helped me pay some cash and a check in.He was very polite and professional, definitely an asset to the bank

Impossible to get through by phone. A recorded message says they are busy then simply refers you to the website, followed by a rude 'goodbye'. Appalling customer service. Phone customers are just as important as branch customers. This has made me consider moving to another bank that does care.
