Lots of staff mulling around doing nothing, we were the ones in the store. Oh and because i can't climb the stairs and the lift is very small, I'm claustrophobic, I couldn't get upstairs. Rude, unhelpful staff. Drove half an hour to get here just to be told I couldn't purchase an item because it was 3:35pm and they close at 4pm? Never heard this rule before and it takes 10 mins max to buy something so they obviously couldn't be bothered and were more concerned about wanting to go home. Definitely need to... read full comment

Great experience again with the staff. They are all really friendly here and after the refit the store is looking the part as well.
