Lovely people working in there but cannot understand why it closes so early in the day? Even closing at 4.30pm would be a big help to people who work. But 3pm is too early.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location. Really irritated by background music which distracts me when counting cash or trying to remember a pin number!

Triying to report a fraud on that bank,thoese workers do nothing to help, gave a call after,wait 30 mins and at end they say we cant do anything.all my English friends when reported frauds got the money back after a time..but for foreigns they do nothing

We approached our local Halifax branch in Worksop to discuss mortgage options. We were very happy with the service provided at the time and decided to go ahead with the application once we found a property we liked. Our contact at the bank Andrew Lawrenson was great and no matter the question, took time to answer any concerns we had. Each time we went into either the Worksop or Retford branch the branch managers would take time out to introduce themselves and offer us refreshments. This was a nice touch and made us both feel like every customer is important to them. I had never had this experience in any other bank. Thanks to the great service provided, we would both now recommend Halifax to everyone!

I found your answering system is only geared up For existing customers It does not recognise General enquiries Spent Over 45 minutes Trying to get through to a live person In the end I gave up So there you go Another new account lost
