I was in the store today and I was in a queue waiting to be served. I was carrying a basket which was heavy the security guard Jacob came to me he took my basket and loaded my shopping on the belt for me which I really appreciated and it was very kind of him . The staff in the shop are always polite

Don't go as often nowadays, they put up prices so much and reduced portion sizes. So double increases. Unfair and they obviously think we won't notice.

The daughter wanted to go, so I went with her, only to get a discount at the till. The assistant thought I was over 60, and I was only 57. I laughed it off at first, but has the day went on, I got really upset by it.
