No jargon!The shop was clean.The glasses that were displayed, were clearly marked with the prices.The ladies in the shop gave their opinion on your choices of frames so it helped you to decide which pair you wanted to purchase.Comfortable waiting room.Tests that were done were explained step by step as they happened, so you knew what to expect.You were asked if you had any vouchers, you didn't have to remember yourself.Staff looked smart and professional.”

Had it not been for Maxine spotting it. And Andy diagnosing it, Correctly! It could've been missed for much longer! With, Lord knows what, terrible outcome?And all the staff are caring, thoughtful, very well trained and do all they can and more for their clients. They are genuinely interested in your health and safety, and give the best advice you'll get anywhere. Due to Covid 19. They are very busy but help all as fast as they can!
