I was waiting and the lady who was serving me ask if she could take a call I was happy to wait I was listening and she was trying to help an old man find his parcel and she said that the post man that comes to shop will be here soon ill pass your details on and get them to ring you back he was self isolated and was worried he would have to go out to me she did more that day keep up the good work and keep smiling always love to go in our local post office xx”

“Bit of a queue but 2 staff working, one dealing with a walk in passport application. Both reallly seemed to know what they were doing so it was all very quick and easy ( I was using an Amazon QSR return on my phone for the 1st time).There is a notice saying you have to book an appointment for Saturday Passports , which is understandable.Overall a better experience than using my shop-come-post office where half the staff can't us ethe post office till and the other half are all fingers and thumbs.I will use prospect again for anything complex , and for the savvy and professional staff”
