Called in on Saturday 5/10/2019 to purchase a ceramic tap gland, I was met by a rude and arrogant assistant who seems to think that his eleven years of so called experience in the trade gives him the right to belittle a customer. Well guess what buddy it doesn't, a little help in finding the correct part by matching the one I brought with me was an impossible task according to him and all his time in the trade. Customer lost for you and the company you work for, remember this, a retail customer may only be a small part of Spinks business but there are plenty of others that put customers at the forefront of their future development, trade or otherwise.
