I would like to thank Katie from customer service as she has helped me find something that wasnt in stock and actually went inside to the back and brought the product. I have never experienced it before from any other staff in the past and I would like to thank her for her kindness.

I've always found Tesco an excellent place to shop, I bought a Warburton thick cut tiger loaf today and it is delicious, I've never gone into this shop and not got what I wanted.?

Went in at 11.30pm for some emergency items for our baby. Greeted by an ignorant security guard that can't speak the English language and just grunts at you. One set of doors locked but no signage to tell you how to get in. Trying to get to the entrance to the store which must have been closed, I just got shouted "oi" at along with "ugh" and "mer". Once I found my way in (again no signage) items found and purchased through a very very sedate self checkout, I left with more grunts from the above mentioned security guard.Granted it's late, the store is open til 12, no excuse for bad manners and ignorance.
