The store is fine, staff friendly and accommodating. Shame the website erred in that the part I ordered online as matched to my car did not actually fit. Refund no problem, but two wasted journeys.

Visited in store to purchase a service kit, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately not everything I needed was in stock so agreed to come back the next day. The following day one of the parts had not arrived so I asked for it to be delivered, the part did not arrive so telephoned after two days, I don't think it was the branch I spoke to, telephone adviser was not very helpful and asked me to call back if did not arrive. Several days later ended up driving back to store to collect. No apology and not interested in my experience.

Sitting for ages..staff in the back..customers waiting 40 min to be seen ..the lack of interest by the staff is on a next level.

All right place to get parts from. Guy behind the counter was a bit off, but also I came at the end of the day so I guess he was tired. With that benefit of a doubt I am giving 5 stars!

VERY POOR SERVICE. I.must say I did not expect this from staff in abingdon and oxford. Luck of product knowledge. After 4 attempt to correct a simple order??????

Lots of stock and using click and collect is easy so you can find out if what you want is available. Counter service is a bit slow normally but the staff are helpful and pleasent. Most items very competitively priced.
