This place is very popular, even in the rain and doesn't take long to see why. We were indoors but plenty of coverage outside. I had a beef toasty which had plenty of beef and flavour. coffee was good to. Despite being so busy, staff are calm and welcoming.

Visited here recently after some colleagues recommended it. After finding out dogs are allowed we made the trip over for late lunch/brunch. Blake's is a family-run cafe and bakery in the heart of a small village on the edge of the Costwolds, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and more - eat-in or takeaway. The bread we serve on the menu is all made and baked on the premesis, as are our cakes, tray bakes, salads, soups, hot bowls, scotch eggs and sausage rolls.
The cafe is home to Clanfield Post Office, and the shop features produce from local suppliers, as well as our award-winning cinnamon buns and sourdough loaves.
