Over a year and we still don?t have the sofa we ordered and paid for. They keep sending us faulty or wrong sofas and mismatched footstool. Impossible to get continuous customer service. Passed from pillar to post. Can?t ever speak to a manager. £100 goodwill gesture. I JUST WANT MY SOFA.

Terrible service. Not delivered ontime. No effort made when I complained.Purchased 2 sofas, delivery date confirmed via text and email. On day of delivery no update provided (as expected) therefore went into the store to ask and they confirmed they would be delivered that day. However 3.30pm no update, therefore used online service to get update and they did not know anything. Went back to the shop where they told us the delivery was unscheduled (not what we were told that morning). Booked to reschedule which eventually arrived.Also were due a refund due to change of order and told would take up to 10 working days but took 15. Then made 2 complaints about these issues and in both replies I was only told 'sorry' and that someone would contact to discuss further, but no-one contacted me.

understanding we would have it in time for Xmas.It arrived December minus a headrest.We were told headrest would be forwarded and after we were told it would take 3 months to arrive. After 3 months were contacted to say it would be another month.After speaking to Matt we reluctantly agreed to this although we asked for a refund which was refused.Matt promised to ring us a week before scheduled delivery which he did not.The day before delivery the delivery driver rung to inform us the headrest was not with him and he would not be delivering.We have heard nothing from matt or dfs.Deplorable service.Totally fed up with this company.

Ordered a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. Arrived within the time frame quoted, however they sent the wrong cushions, so my 3 seater had 2 seater cushions making it look ridiculous and couldn't be used as a 3 seater. When I chased up the correct cushions I was told they would take as long as the sofas took! Ridiculous time frame! I was then offered a £25 refund, which is a bizzare number on a £1700 order. Cancelled the order after a couple of chats with the store and becoming frustrated at not being able to speak with them directly. Avoid DFS

absolutely diabolical, would never shop from there again. the sales assistant paul was an absolute joke, refusing our well deserved refund (leaving my disabled mother with no sofa or money to replace it) and over all terrible customer service and terrible quality sofas. disgusted is an understatement.

Sold me bad quality sofa's, replacement wouldn't fit through standard size front door. Now waiting weeks for a refund. Countless calls made, emails sent. I'm disabled with no furniture and no money to replace it. Disgusting

We were attended to by a salesman called Paul. He was very friendly and helpful, really picking up on what we said ref our needs and requirements. He actually took us towards chairs we wouldn't have chosen ourselves. After trying them, and many many others, he was right, we went with the ones he suggested. He never made us feel under pressure to buy at all and was totally professional. A very nice buying experience, thank you Paul.

Very good service when purchasing goods but let down when promised a deliver slot for a sofa that was literally sat in the showroom. Wasn?t allowed to take it there and then and had to be delivered.

Had a broken recliner delivered on the 5th March, still haven't received replacement on the 2nd June. Rang customer services numerous times, helpful enough, but when promised a call from the Banbury store that never happened. After sales awful! Don't seem interested after they've got your money, won't use them again.Still waiting 20/06/22... unbelievable!Promised call today from head office... not received 21/06/22
