General review of my DHL experience, awful. Nothing against this depot in particular. Just trying to find out about my delivery and trying to call DHL but only getting automated messages that don't include the information that I want and don't enable me to do anything at all, it's so poor. It gives you a prerecorded message and then it's "Thankyou for calling DHL, goodbye" and hangs up leaving you none the wiser. Might as well be Anne Robinson calling you the weakest link. At least there should be a "if this doesn't answer your question, press 3" and get put through to someone. Not just auto-fobbing with irrelevant advice.
