I don't often write reviews but the service received yesterday was just short dreadful. Asked twice for assistance and received a very negative cant be bothered attitude.Trying to support local shops but they left me no choice but to order a head unit online.

Excellent service - needed all wipers and a bulb changing. Staff helped me find the parts and it was then fitted. All in all took 15 minutes! Excellent service.

Got a battery fitted at store in ford Kuga (not the easiest) £30 cheaper than Ford quote. Fitter Jordan was excellent took just over 30 minutes (would have taken me a lot longer) Great job

I go there to change bulb in my car , pay online for service, they didn't do it because they need take out one part to get access to bulb , they said need to be done inside because rules but they couldn't take car because garage was full booked ,so they offer me cash refund, 6 months after still no refunds !! Never again !!

We bought a new CD/radio for our van at Halfords recently and decided to fit it ourselves. Big mistake! So we booked in at Halfords. The staff there fitted it promptly and carefully. 35 pounds well spent!\\nWe will certainly choose Halfords to fit technical equipment next time.

Today. I received First class service from Dean Moore , Halfords autocentre, Banbury. Trouble starting a 13 year old vehicle during the recent cold spell. Battery supplied by Halfords 12/03/2019.Dean , checked the Battery and confirmed a 100% charge and the fact that the battery was receiving a charge via the alternator. Would not accept payment for the inspection. Excellent customer service. Henry Holder

They replaced my battery and afterwards i had a lot of electrical problems... no lights and the electric windows stopped working. Halfords tried to fix this but couldn?t and suggested I go to a specialist garage. I took my car to a specialist who diagnosed the fault as a blown module, the repair cost me a lot off money!!! I complained to Halfords to get reimburse but they claim it wasn?t there fault but a fault with the car despite everything worked fine before going to Halfords. The specialist garage was very friendly and helpful and suggested not to take my car to a bicycle store!!! Which is advise I will listen too!!!

Got battery fitted by a Halfords ?technician?, afterwards had lots off electrical faults they tried to fix it but couldn?t and told me to go to a specialist garage. Went to one who said a module had blown costing me a lot off money to fix. Complained to get reimburse but Halfords said it?s a fault with the car and not there?s despite my car being fine before going to Halfords. Next time I will take my car to a real car garage and not a bicycle store.
