“Nadia was super helpful shipping me an auction item, something I'd not done before and was therefore cautious about. I needn't have worried - she explained it all clearly, was responsive via email and phone, co-ordinated with the auction house and got the item dispatched within an hour of me paying. She even phoned on delivery day to make sure the item had arrivced safe;y which it had, extremely well wrapped. Would definitely use again - thank you !”
