Popped here as was in the area and I've always been impressed with this place...not anymore. New owners, higher prices, faster cleaning but no where near as good. I should've checked properly before I drove off so that's my bad, but because I'd used 'Waves' previously I wasn't concerned and didn't realise. See attached picture to show the 'dirty' wheel after cleaning that I only noticed back at home ?

Been there twice now and twice they missed, cleaning the bottom of my car at the front under the grill and spoiler front spot lights. First time I just let it go.but for them to do it a second time ,they were not impressed when I told them to clean it. Even though the prices are up on a board very confusing to read.
