These people are the absolute worst.5 weeks for an appointment, My workplace gave me a corporate flu vaccination jab that I booked on the 31 of October, they gave me the appointment for the 8th of December, 5 weeks just for a flu jab, which completely defies the purpose of the jab in the first place, that it is to avoid sickness during winter.Well anyway on the 5th of December THE CANCELLED IT!!!Yes I got an email and sms just cancelling the appointment no, delay, no rebook, nothing, just plain cancellation.I went to re-register myself and guess what? the closes one is on the 3rd of January!!!!One month later for A FLU JAB.The way I see it these people are scammers trying to not give the jab but taking the prepaid money from the company.ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, G AND FYP.S. I add that I did try again and they cancel it again on the day they are an absolute joke.

(The headline picture is incorrect this Boots is on Sheep street not at the retail park.) The pharmacy is horribly understaffed, average wait time is 30 minutes and there isn?t a separate queue for retail shoppers who aren?t there to pick up their prescriptions. Loads of things are out of stock, I had to wait over a week for an important medication. The staff is lovely and patient but they need way more people.

Long queues, bad customer service. Takes ages to process a prescription and then you wait for ages in a queue to pick it up because there is barely any staff. For toiletries and beauty products you are better off going to Superdrug..

The pharamacy has become a joke wait 3 weeks for an order and it is not complete then told to wait 20 mins for pharmacist to approve the items from stock.

OMG trying to though on the phone to boots on sheep street about getting a prescription released is impossible ? as am not in bicester but up north been trying the get through on the phone for the last 5 hrs shocking

Boots have a vast selection of products, beauty, makeup, baby stuff and much much more, I come to Boots all the time and never disappointed and great offers. the staff are friendly and helpful, Come and see for you self. It is a great shop.

Slow queue. Everybody working on prescription. All I wanted to buy was a simple £5 product. Had to wait 10 minutes. The old guy in front wanted a complicated prescription that wasn't ready. He asked what drugs were in it and they replied they would be ready tomorrow. He asked again. Now 2 other staff chip in with "it will be ready tomorrow". Even I was getting irritated. His question wasn't "when will it be ready". They kept answering a different question that he didn't even ask. I'm sure they marked him as "awkward". Just listen to the question

Doesn't sell boots but then again it is a chemist and you wouldn't expect it to. Quite a large store with usual medicine and healthcare bits. Self serve tills which mean it is easy to get in and pay and go. Easy free parking outside too.

3, people behind the pharmacy counter doing prescriptions, so everybody had a long que to wait 20 mins in line , instead of having a member of staff on the other counter just doing till to get que down in a ordinary fashion not prescriptions boots products only to pay for ... people would not have to wait too long , customers coming in picking up a item got told they would have to que up, got ed up put product down walked out to go somewhere else . It is not the staff fault but not organised propley and promptly.

Flu jab organisation leaves a lot to be desired.In a nutshell I booked online for 11.30 appointment. Arrived and told staff I was there for jab at 11.20, and filled in online form.Waited in all 40 minutes, with the pharmacist having walked past me initially, and then after someone else arrived at about 11.50, she invited him in for jab without ascertaining who was next.I appreciate it is a busy pharmacy. However this situation has more to do with basic customer service than the servicing of prescriptions and actual delivery of flu jabs

Very friendly staff. When they didn't have my private prescription avaliable they told me places that may have it. Ill gladly shop there whenever I need anything from them.
