I bought child seat online and booked demo for last Monday at Bicester branch. When I got there, member of the staff told me that he can't do demo for this seat, because he doesn't know or he's not allowed to do it. I said well who can do it? He apologised and said his colleague can do it, but he is on holiday and will be back next week. I said why I was allowed to book it online when nobody here can do it? He said system allows to book it. I asked if I can come next Monday anytime, he said yes. I said but let your colleague know that I am coming. He said he will. I arrived this Monday, went to the till, told the member of the staff my story and he instead of I am sorry said, yes but I don't know who will be on and who will be off of that particular day. He sounded like a manager who can't manage his own staff. I waited for person to demonstrate how to put child seat in the car. She staggered with the seat at the beginning and then she showed me how to do it. I put it in my car as she showed me in demo and I still wasn't satisfied, seat was easily moved when I pulled it. I came home, checked video on YouTube and quess what...she did it wrongly. My seat is now firmly fitted in my car thanks to YouTube, not Halfords. I strongly recommend proper training for the members of staff for customers satisfaction. I am disappointed about the whole experience.

One of the worst customer services I?ve ever received. Would rate it a 0/5 if I could.I took my bike in for a free health check on the 1st of March and the women looked it over and we talked about what was wrong with the bike, then was asked to bring it back in the next day but was informed that she is very busy so might not be done until mid week. She then books it to be collected on the 9th. I never received a call about the bike so expected it to be ready on the 9th. I come in and ask to collect the bike, then having to be told that they?re not sure what bike I was talking about even though I?ve showed him the receipt?s. I had to find a picture of the bike on my phone just for him to bring it through. Then he proceeded to tell me that nothing has been done to fix it. I discussed with Abbie what was wrong with it which was a few things so I waited the week. I had spent money on taxis to get to work and having to get lifts for absolutely nothing. I?ve spent over £50 just for my bike to be sat in the back for the past week because the paperwork wasn?t with the bike. I cannot believe it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Firstly, I don't recommend this store's lack of professionalism. I went to this store to buy something I needed and I mention here that I am a premium customer. Later I needed help because my car's battery was dead and I asked for help and they weren't able to help me, they laughed amongst themselves and even made fun of me. Is there really a way to help? The attendant even told me: if you want, buy it, I have a jumper start battery here. I still had my baby daughter in the car. I dislike this establishment, another one of the many in the UK with terrible customer service. I did refund the item as well! Never go back to this disgusting branch.

I Have just taken my grandson bike in for a repair and I have to say that the staff that dealt with me were very helpful professional and knowledgeable I could not get a better service anywhere like I had by that member of staff and I thank you for that

Bought an Apollo Phaze Bike for my son for Christmas from the Aylesbury branch but it developed a squeak at the rear wheel. Aylesbury branch had no appointments so went to Bicester. Tyler was extremely helpful and fixed the problem, bike collected this evening and son is very happy and he can use it to ride to and from school next week. Big thanks to Tyler again, very much appreciated.

Was given what I ordered for a click and collected purchase. Unfortunately it was not what I had ordered and paid. The store staff exchanged it for what I had ordered immediately and apologised for the error. They deserved 5 stars, but my overall experience did not - just 3 stars.

Window screen repaired but 11:00 appointment turned into waiting for 20 minutes to get seen to. This is our third appoint after the first cancelled as it was too cold and the second because they didn?t want to put up the gazebo after it started raining.Jim was helpful in explaining the repair for us. However, staff very abrupt and rude in the store. We were shocked by the service! We went in to get our key after the job was done and had to wait in a very long queue just for our key!

Absolute rubbish. Would?ve given no stars if possible. No knowledge at all to help with a fuse. Will go elsewhere in future.What is the correct email Liz?
