I had such amazing experience in Phoneix hair salon today with Giorgia she was honestly fantastic very warm welcoming. She made me feel home with a nice cup of tea and her personality very friendly , lovely and funny at the same time. She gave me that feeling like we know each other for long time. Super professional and she definitely knows what she is doing. I?m so pleased to find a hair stylist as her, very impressed with her talent and technique. Definitely will going back and highly recommended.

Poor customer service. I was a few minutes late, phoned them and they said I can still come in. When I got there 2 mins after phoning them they said they cant help me anymore. Drove a long way to get there and only reason I was late is because the pay and display machine was not working. They only waited for me to come in only to show my away. Absolutely ridiculous.
