Phoned regarding a lost First Mail letter. Automated response referred me to the compensation scheme, but that is a waste of time. There should be some way of registering a complaint about lost mail.

Absolute shocking post office.. the opening hours are a joke.. and when you try to collect your item's they told you they sent back to the seller. Wont be long before royal mail will be finished. DPD are the best at the minute. Why people still use royal mail baffles me.

Changing the hours by posting a partially Handwritten note on the wall outside is poor form. Wasted twenty minutes driving here.

They always try and deliver when you are at work, then fail to be open when you're not at work. You need to implement a late shift, either for delivery or collection, ideally both! You are not the only people who have to go to work you know!!

Please update your opening hours on the Royal Mail website and Google!!!!!!!!! Just made a 30 minute round trip for nothing. Oh and please ring doorbells before dropping a note! We were at home!!!! They open from 9am............

Opening hours online are incorrect. They're opening an hour late and closing an hour early all days according to the A4 sheet on the shutters. Shame it took me rocking up 10 minutes after online 8am 'opening time' to find that out. Don't worry, myself and the others who turned up that morning love having our time wasted before work. Would be useful to update the online opening times surely?

It's a shame I even have to give 1*.I rarely write negative reviews but this place is worthy of one.Without doubt, the worst service I've experienced for a very long time.'Mary-Ann', in particular, is one to keep an eye out for (avoid). She presents herself as the 'afternoon manager'. She's not.- Despite delivering several of the same parcels - she refused to accept a parcel due to a line at the bottom of the label not being visible (to note. All the important bits - barcode etc were visible). It was just a line, at the bottom of a box!Then the vendetta began...- Next, her side-kick, who she appears to be training (poor lad), wouldn't allow the parcel (that we've sent many, many times) to be sent because it was '200g' over the 20kg limit (1%!) I commented that the items are delivered us via Royal Mail using the same service, we just re-direct them. I even weighed them before leaving for the depot. Nope, not budging - "can't be sent".When asked her side-kick's name he made me aware the ID badge he was wearing wasn't actually his, he just had it around his neck so he could get through security...very advanced, thorough security system they have operating down there!- Next...Despite the website of the delivery office clearly stating a closing time of 17.30, they wouldn't allow a delivery after 17.15. Arriving at 17.25 I was, again, refused delivery.Presumably, this is so they could get home on time, despite the inconvenience of the paying customer?I asked if the items could be scanned then processed the following day to save another 20 minute drive, "No", we can't (won't) do that.According to Mary-Ann the Bicester delivery depot managers don't work in the afternoons as they start very early. I expect this is just her little BS way to avoid some common sense coming to resolve a 'non-issue'.I have since taken our parcels to a different depot who don't even bat an eyelid when accepting the parcels.Top tip: Avoid Bicester delivery depot in the afternoons at all costs!

Just been over there as they haven't delivered what should have been delivered - it was closed. So I try to phone and told that there is a wait for 'over 60 minutes'. The customer service centre needs to be renamed.

I came from work night shift at 7 and wait front of Royal mail till 8 because on the web site stand that they open at 8, but at 8 Lady come out and told me that they open from 9, and that the working time on the web site is wrong and that they can not do anything to correct that.Very unprofessional and disrespectful for the customers.

Just want to say thankyou to however kindly put my parcel in a clear bag and cabled tied it for me to stop it getting damaged/more ripped. The person who send my parcel used brown wrapping paper which rips very easily. And unfortunately through delivery it was all ripped.Thankyou very much great service ??Also just to add the lady at the delivery office is also very kind and always smiling just what you need with what?s going on in the world :)
