Terrible terrible customer service. My husband and I were the only customers in store, looking for a laptop case. When we had chosen one we approached the cashdesk where two assistants were chatting. We waited and waited for them to even acknowledge us, then one of them took a call on her mobile phone. At this point my husband asked the other assistant if she was serving and she shrugged as though she didn't understand what he was saying. We literally had to interrupt and ask them to go and get the item we wanted to purchase. I'm appalled at their rudeness, it was as if they literally could not care whether we bought anything or not.Samsonite - I recommend you move on the 2 ladies who were serving on Thursday 9th November as they are letting you down seriously!

The quality of product is ok and servicing is bad .I have purchased a laptop bag from the store a year back and all the chains have come out now.Samsonite store in central london refuses to service it quoting they need the original bill which obviously i don?t have after one year .There should better way to manage the warranty otherwise it is useless.I think i will avoid samsonite brand in future.

This is something I?d never do but it?s probably been my worst experience in any stores I have ever come across. I entered the store drenched from pouring rains and made a purchase from the Samsonite store at Bicester Village. I asked if the sales woman (white, average height, ponytail-Salesperson number 50002) could help me with a plastic wrap for the bagpack that I bought and she refused. She handed me a paper bag clearly knowing I repeatedly requested to understand my condition that I lost my umbrella and am standing completely wet in the store. That woman was downright rude, disrespectful and treated a customer, mind you, a customer who just made a purchase, like a beggar. She spoke to me with a pathetic tone and having been a loyal Samsonite customer in 3 countries now, I was amazed to see how misbehaved could a sales woman be. I?d suggest, go to London. Nicer people, definitely polite and human to say the least.

I bought Samsonite suitcases through WhatsApp during the COVID-19 lockdown. I am not sure about the receipt and now 3 years later I need to repair the straps in my hometown (Thailand). I remembered Tom and WhatsApp him for a solution for this. Tom&Aya kindly and greatly helped me sort this out by finding a copy of the receipt, as I told them the purchase was in January 2021. To me, their services are always wonderful whether it is online or in store shopping, very helpful. Feeling so thankful and the 10 year worldwide guarantee is amazing.Undoubtedly recommended Samsonite and especially this store.Well done Samsonite and thank you very much Tom and Aya.Saengduen

I came in with a suitcase I bought 2 years ago and from which one of the wheels had detached. Daga cheerfully fixed it there and then using the tools available in the shop. I was so pleased and amazed at her initiative- and now I have my favourite suitcase back working again. Terrific service with a smile too! ?

Bought 4 suitcases. First journey abroad- return damaged! Airline say it?s normal wear and tear- shop say cases damaged in transit are airlines responsibility. Moral of story- but cheaper suitcases! Don?t waste money on expensive brands! When it comes down to it, it?s not worth the stress involved with who is responsible for the repairs!

Bought two luggages thinking they were "outlet price" only to find later via internet search that they were sold at normal retail price. Update: We didn't see any "in-store signage" and sorry this is not honest business.

Popped into store but sadly they didn't have the case I needed. I was told I could order it through whatsapp and have it delivered to my home with no charge which was great. Sadly the courier company lost the shipment but Aya in store was very pro-active in chasing the carrier and keeping me updated. She even managed to source the same case from a different store as she no longer had the stock. An absolutely text book example of how customers should be treated and cared for and I hope Samsonite recognise this.Well done Samsonite and well done Aya.Matt
