A lovely lady called Vicky helped us out in the Bicester store last weekend. We were looking to get full new bedding, towels etc and she was patient, kind and gave great advice. Huge thanks to her!

Can't really comment on the store as I have not actually been in as I am calling for a persifit item which I cannot collect as I live to far away from the store and my local stores do not have them..... This is the only store that has what I would like BUT I have called 39 times today and everytime and after ringing and then on to voicemail without an option to leave a message

Been trying to contact The White Company at Bicester Outlet for seven days by telephone. They just don't answer! I have tried phoning first thing in the morning as soon as the store opens, fifteen minutes before closing, at various times throughout the day, etc. I appreciate it is a very busy time of year, as it is for all of the stores. But if hugely busy central London stores can answer their phones, then why can't Bicester? Do they think they are superior beings? Having read numerous negative reviews of this outlet and its staff, it's all beginning to make sense! I have logged a written complaint with Head Office.

Avoid this horrendous place. My mother has cancer and needed to use the toilet unexpectedly. She showed her macmillan card and the staff were cold and completely refused to let her use their staff toilet. They showed absolutely no empathy and should be ashamed of themselves.

Really poor experience. I?ve had better service being served in a supermarket buying a tin of beans than my visit to this store. Sales assistants were too busy talking to one another, when asking about particular products they were dismissive and more interested in finishing their conversation. Not what I?d expect when visiting The White Company as a loyal customer.

Went to the store on the 08/04/2023, and I?m not someone to complain but the basic customer service that couldn?t be provided had me leaving and not spending my money. A blonde white lady of older age was at the till, and as you do waiting in a queue to be called ?next customer please? to be rudely called over instead hearing ?I?m waiting for you? in such a tone is shocking, especially when your about to spend 100s. Her face alone was so miserable and if you can?t handle basic customer service I think you need to take a look again at who you employ. The only positive I have was when a very younger lady didn?t take her name, on the shop Floor around 20 years of age, assisted us in finding all the products we wanted was amazing so kind and is a huge credit to your store. unfortunately if it wasn?t for the other rude staff you lost a customer and apologise to kind young lady for having her time wasted because her other staff member can?t do her job properly maybe should get considered in being taught on how to treat customers.

Very disappointed.I ordered a gift card as a Christmas present on the 20th of December. They said it arrives in 3-5 days. Haven?t received any order update neither received the package. I phoned them, they said there is no update on my order but they can send an e-gift card before Christmas to solve the problem. It?s Christmas Day and still haven?t received the gift card. Very disappointing and unreliable.

Thank you for Gucci,Moncler,Balenciaga and other brands, Shame on the white company cos you dont allow to go my 9 months pregnant wife without queueing. She was so proud of herself to tell us we have to join digital queue. Give a customer service training your staff before put then in a store!

Always find customer service in any of the shops really positive - always smile and always very helpful and happy to look in the stock room of something in particular is not available
