Excellent customer service from Vodafone Bicester after my Vodafone internet went down due to a scheduled maintenance. Vodafone head office were not much help, but Vodafone Bicester sorted me out and checked up the next day that everything was working. Super service

Although the service good the shops are only sales hubs and are unable to help solve problems so still have an on going problem even though I have spoken to customer service so must rate over all service as poor even though the shop staff tried to resolve

Both staff I dealt with seemed uninterested when I said I wanted to buy the phone outright and stay on the same plan. The staff seemed to be showing off to each other who could get away with being the most aloof and irritated. Guess they are targeted on new or upgraded plans. I was actually recommended to go to Currys. No warmth or friendliness whatsoever.

I?d give zero if I could, I?ve had nothing but issues with this branch. Today I was in and Danson I think his name was hadn?t a clue what he was talking about. I was in the other day to get the age restrictions removed from my phone but I didn?t have ID on me (I never carry it, I?m in my mid 20s & very heavily tattooed) so he couldn?t despite the fact I?m very clearly not under 18. Today my data ran out AGAIN because they put me on a not great plan so under the conditions that I could keep my number I said I?d switch to this new ?voxi? sim. After about 15 minutes of sitting there and giving all my details he then says I can?t keep my number and I?ve to have a new phone number and he said he was mistaken. He also did a very poor job explaining what this new sim is so he said he had leaflets that would do a better job explaining but his manager who looked seriously hungover and not helpful at all didn?t even manage to bring keys in to a cabinet so I still haven?t a clue what they?re after switching me to. Between a manager who can?t seem to bring a set of keys to the shop and a sales associate who doesn?t even know what he?s selling the place is in shambles. Avoid at all costs

Sales assistants were incredibly helpful in both cancellations and upgrades. Wide array of phones on offer however accessories were limited to Samsung & iPhone. Would definitely recommend visiting if in the market for a new device.

Daniel has been nothing but helpful, understanding and took his time to make sure I have the best plan and phone for myself. Not only that but he has helped me with tech advice as well as being pleasant to speak with.I hope that more employees are like Daniel.

The website says the shop is open, Sunday 1000 to 1600 hours. However when I visited the shop this morning it is closed. At the very least update the information on "your" website. Very poor service.
