“You don't really know a company until something goes wrong. My 'something gone wrong' involved me taking out one of their pumps by reversing my car into it. The staff were super nice about it, got it fixed, and passed on only the exact cost of the fix with no additional fee for the obvious inconvenience. A genuinely nice, honest, ethical business with great staff! (my review refers to this particular garage, rather than BP in general).”
