Had an amazing haircut and hairdresser experience with Marlie today. She's friendly and relaxed, as is the atmosphere in the salon. Marlie really listened to what I wanted and gave me options at every step of my haircut. I get really anxious about getting my haircut and she instantly made me feel at ease. 10/10, 5 stars will definitely be my new regular hairdresser! Thanks Marlie :)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting hairdresser Chloe for a haircut, and I must say, the entire experience was exceptional. If the treatment is an issue it should be identified on the consultation day. The lady didn't forget to take money but forgot the actual purpose of consultation day. The treatment was mentioned to you on consultation day but it has been overlooked. The other hair dresser on the day of hair colouring was not even sure of getting the actual colour shown on picture on hair. The colour that I need was shown to the business on the consultation day and no issues were raised about it. Wasted another day of mine. Lack of professionalism and customer service.
