Rescued my broken down car the same day and had it fixed within one working day after getting the required part. Great customer service. Maybe a tad expensive but very happy overall!

Honestly I'd give 6 out of 5 stars if I could.I was in a spot of bother 100 miles from home and they fitted me in at 3PM with 20 minutes notice and fixed my problem.so helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly.I couldn't recommend DAC any more

Fantastic team! I needed a servicing quickly. They made time for it. Turned out to be a large service. They supported our decision making, helped us to understand and were kind and patient all the way. Then they did a great job. So we did the MOT with them as well. Glad that I found them.

Friendly, helpful staff diagnosed and replaced the alternator, however although they told me to collect the car as it was ready, the underlying fault still exists. They told me they couldn't source a part which I found with one call to the local Hyundai dealer. So now I have to return with the part and pay for the whole job to be done again. Will I? Unlikely.

I would not even give this Garage one star!My vehicle was burning oil through the exhaust, I contacted Didcot Auto centre who recommended fitting a refurbished engine into the car as this would be the cheapest option. I was also informed that I would recieve a one year warranty on the engine on the condition that a new clutch was also fitted.This cost me £5000, after picking the vehicle up after having this work done and only driving 15 miles, the car had to be returned back to didcot auto centre due to low oil pressure warning. I was informed by Didcot auto centre that they would need to source another engine and they would not do this until they had received their money back from the supplier. This was ongoing for 3 months. In total I was without my car for a total of 5 months.Only 4 months later the new clutch needed to be replaced again and Didcot auto centre refused to take responsibility and wanted to charge me another £1500 for a new clutch. I went to another garage who replaced the clutch for £1200, I was then informed by the other garage that the clutch bolts were over tightened and had to be cut off which cost me another £200.The starter monitor on the ' new refurbished engine' has now gone. I contacted Didcot auto centre to get this work done on warranty, who are now claiming that it is only a 30 day warranty and not the year they had told me, therefore I am out of pocket for nearly £7000.I would not recommend this garage to anyone, unless you want to be ripped off. Their customer service is disgusting and they have caused me unnesscary stress and I am considering legal action.Service: Engine repair

Used a few times for repairs and MOT. Had to keep taking back as the issue wasn't resolved, and kept getting charged each time.On the MOT, advised replacing all tyres, even though only one failed. Kept phoning to tell me about new issues that needed fixed and jacking up the price. Won't be going back.
