“Just visited the Didcot store 2.30 was told 35 pounds on a piece of furniture , went to the till to pay. Apparantly the assistant manager, Jemma who was very rude said no way its 95 pounds thats what we have it up for on facebook what a cheek. She's been changing her story ever since about a manager and saying the guy that quoted was just a volunteer. First time there, awful experience, don't go. Dodgy dealingsand lies, changing her stories nasty customer service..updated i thank Shaun the manager for resolving the situation and meeting in the middle and because of that i give you five stars thankyou guys for clearing up the misunderstanding some very good furniture”

The manager was a beautiful lady,was full of compliments and couldn’t be more helpful! Was the most joyful experience I’ve had shopping there before or any shop in didcot!
