A bit small and not the most convenient location, would be nice to get an upgrade for Didcot, in the meantime this branch is just OK.

I went into Lloyds Bank to pay some money into my account where I couldn't pay into Halifax because my card would not work in the reader and they would not accept any other proof of ID that wasn't physically in my hand! I was told quite smuggly, that it was a government rule that was brought out in November 2019 and I couldn't pay in there with physical ID. So I went in to lloyds and spoke with the manager and told him what happened at Halifax and he was quite surprised he didn't really know what to say I think it was the first he had heard of it. Anyway I was able to pay into my account in lloyds no problem at all. The manager and his staff were very friendly and polite and I will be using lloyds for my future banking.

Bastards will only swap cash for change if youâ??re a customer! Very unhelpful unlike other banks in the area that are more than happy to do so

Pity they are not open and wont say when they will be. How am I supposed to bank cheques. and run a business. Can't drive there every day on the hope they may be open. Don't wast time calling their number on the web either, you get someone even more useless in Wales. Unbelievable

I have been trying to replace a lost business debit card since last week for someone in our company. After many calls and being bounced from the Business Banking call centre to Lost and Found cards dept. the replacement card has been sent to our branch in Didcot which is 40 miles from us. We did not want the card to be replaced until our new office address had been verified. Now the card is stuck at our business branch and we cannot spend 2 hours travelling there to get it. It has cost hundreds of pounds in lost time to get to this point where we now have to go back to Lost and Found and cancel the new card and hope they will have the sense to send it to our new office address (statements and correspondence is already being sent to the new address).
We used to have a good relationship on the phone with a manager and his team and this mess could have been sorted with one phone call. Now it could take 5 - 10 calls and still not be certain of the correct action.
