Had a missed Parcelforce delivery card through the letterbox. Told to collect from the post office after 24hours. Went the next day and 2 ladies (one is the manager) said there hadn’t been any deliveries and they couldn’t find the parcel. Came home, 30 mins on the phone to speak to Parcelforce (also unacceptable)...

The staff make you feel like an inconvenience.
