Staff have an absolutely disgusting attitude every time I go there. Miserable, never ever smile or say please or thankyou. Worst one is the woman with short, shoulder length dark hair in her (40's?) Worst attitude ever. Smile love ?

Most of the staff there are friendly, welcoming and kind! The woman which the other staff say is the ?manager? is very rude and unprofessional! She had a go at my girlfriend for an unnecessary reason! And when I asked her ?excuse me could I get through please? I got a huff and a death stare! If I see her again I will have a chat and want to understand why she is so rude and acts like she doesn?t care

I walked into the petrol station and was assaulted with water from another customer. The staff were so unprofessional and didn?t even bother to help me. I have my suspicions that it was a racist targeting. But no one cares or aided my shock. Over priced petrol and highly unprofessional

This garage is normally really good but I waited 25 minutes to be served tonight, I was stood at the window for ages waiting and some other customers left after knocking and being ignored even tho the worker had seen all of us several times and just closed the door and chose to ignore us!!!

Used as a stop enroute to Somerset. Greggs breakfast, easy access from A420 only a few parking bays as it's a petrol station. Will use again

Has the most expensive fuel around - on par with motorway services. Captive market. Would be 1 star if it wasn't for the fact some of the staff are friendly.

They sell fuel. The staff are great, aaaaand they have a Greggs with hot food, much better than the Wantage one, where everything is cold all the time!!!

Too expensive for fuel, I always buy elsewhere even though it is my nearest & only go here for other services. Female member of staff has no customer skills & is very abrupt to the point of being rude.

Good garage. Maybe a few pennies more for petrol than some at the moment but it's there if you need petrol. Friendly staff, clean areas,. Take Nectar cards too .... Easy access off the A420

Incredibly rude staff. Person behind the till was talking to someone stacking shelves in front of the till. They saw me but didn?t react so thought they were dealing with something. Eventually I asked really politely if they were serving to be told you could have just said excuse me please to ?her? and she would have got out the way. No actually, you could have said can I help you rather than leaving me standing there like a Wally.

Utter shocking customer service. Pulled up to buy some (over priced ) screen wash. Then a shop attendant walked over to door and put a temporary closed sign on no apologies or anything just shrugged shoulders and walked off . Definitely avoid this place
