Will be reaching out for further updates but again, here to report that your Henley Store is absolutely freezing. So rarely can I shop here due to the temperature, it?s unbearable, especially for the elderly and disabled. Even staff look frozen. Please resolve this asap, it?s an utter disgrace.

The shop was obviously freezing yesterday but your service was good.

I'm sorry but the merging of self scan and scan as you go is ridiculous!Having to wait for someone to inexpertly scan a whole trolly load and then produce a Club card is frustrating! Can you not, at least, limit the number of items people can self scan?

What an Absolute joke, so I went to this teso on Sat the 8th of July around 5 5-30 and made a purchase which was fine. Then I proceeded to customer service desk and asked politely to change some £20 notes into some change and was declined straight away which was ok as they didn't have enough change in their till apparently. So then I went back into the store to buy an item with a £20 note and asked a kind lady if I could have my change in coins if possible. Then I was approached by security and 2 managers saying that I had been declined by the member of staff at customer service saying that I had counterfeit £20 notes which was absolutely false as they checked the notes and were all legit, the member of staff at the customer service desk immediately assumed that I had counterfeit notes without even checking them, I have never been so embarrassed in a super market in my life, he made me feel like a criminal or something. Teso in Henley on Thames definitely need to sort this out with the rude member of staff. Very disappointed

Generally quite good, clean, well stocked, with helpful staff. It is irritating that some common items just disappear. There has been no Tesco Thick Cut marmalade for over 3 weeks, and this week there were no bacon lardons or Dove soaps.

That car park on a Sunday after they shut is good for the RC cars

Since September 2021 food prices have rocketed in all Tesco super stores, used to be cheaper than Tesco express but prices are slowly creeping up to super store prices, most items are up easily by 20% and 25% or more on some items ,Tesco?s have been milking us the public with higher prices since 2021 Lidel and Aldi are still good value for money .

Rarely has what I want, everytime I use the self scan system, it always does a security check therefore negating the 'only I touch' thing for covid and timesaving feature.I only use the tills nowAt least someone will then think I'm not trying to steal

Staff here are great and have done a sterling job throughout lockdown.

Well stocked Tesco with all the usual stuff. Plenty of parking available but it sometimes feels it?s small for the area. There?s a car wash as well in case you wish to get that done ..

Good size of store. Lot's of choice with plenty of parking. Staff are helpful and the store feels clean and tidy.

Clean and tidy store, staff are helpful and friendly. My family regularly shops here and it?s super reliable and convenient especially with the new self scan system!

On arriving at Tesco?s Henley as I do on a weekly basis I noticed the complementary face masks had disappeared ,I enquired at customer services as to why and was told by this very grumpy obese lady who wasn?t wearing a mask that I could go to their pharmacy and purchase one.I proceeded to the pharmacy as instructed only to be told they only sell boxes of 50 at £40.00 pounds.I gasped and said this is scandalous profiteering by Tesco?s .I also visited Tesco express outlets during the week and complementary have always been on handSince the government changed the law yesterday Tesco?s have wasted no time in jumping on the bandwagon of profiteering with eye gouging prices for face masks .within its outlets.Shame on Tesco for lacking empathy and any credible foresight in this worldwide pandemicYet again proof of poor management decisions at Tesco that lack any credibility will see its profits and share price slump once again...Shame on you Tesco but you do have a tendency to live up to your reputation of scandalous profiteering.and bad management just ask the share holders!!

i use the drive in to get my groceries at the moment and i have never seen so many plastic bags. Sometimes there is only 1 product per bag. It is chocking when everyone tries to do his bit to recycle. You get your products in cardboard boxes, why don't you reuse them instead of plastic bags ? Why can't we come with bags in the boot and you/we put the products in ? Please try to find an alternative.thank you
