“Well I have spoken to there are customer service hub. The problem is two fold not enough staff ( recruitment issue) and current national industrial action which is causing a backlog. They are trying there best but lagging behind. As to opening times best to visit Monday-Friday 8-2pmAnd Saturday 8-12. But not on strike days. Regards gary Jameson. Resident Kidlington”
