On Saturday evening,17/06/2023/, we had a a very pleasant visit to the store. Max greeted us with a big smile and explained in details the benefits of each of the mattresses we tried. We are extremely impressed with the good service and high level of professionalism.

Amazing staff, very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about what I wanted. Products were clearly explained and quality is great. No pressure to make a purchase and they even phoned me back as promised when a new deal was in for the mattress I wanted. Couldn?t fault them at all. Christelle was amazing and knew her stuff which was welcomed when committing to such an investment that you want to last many years.

Delivery team were great (would give them 5*) however the fact there weren?t any instructions in the boxes with our purchase made this very inconvenient to assemble for our first bed. Thankfully we found some online but very confused as to why this wasn?t included in our purchase. Slumberland mattress is SO COMFORTABLE so would definitely recommend!!

Great customer service. Very patient and helpful staff. Talked us through the options and helped us find the best solution. Quality furniture for a very reasonable price.

We we're promised a delivery yesterday which didn't happen and nobody bothered to even give us a call to let us know, I spent whole day indoors waiting for it. Next day we had to call ourselves and just to hear that matress wasn't even loaded in a van and now God knows when it's gonna be delivered! Nobody in a company on a phone seemed to care about the problem at all.

Stuff in oxford, i am not gonna lie they were pretty helpful to choose what we wanted,but perhaps they should also say they might send you an use bed or unfinished mattress as you can see in the photos.The delivery guys scratched the walls, i now need to paint the whole stair case , they did not pay attention and put all marks in the walls and ceilings....... , thanks for that ( i knew i need to change the color , but not because of you?)The second thing is as you can see in the bed (supposed to be oak) well, that's not true and came scratched, seems like use or dismantled from another shop and also with black marks impossible to take off.The mattress also came with black marks and scratch with some thread missing.......... and it is 10 years warranty..... well lets see, we paid in advance and wanted then to pick up straight away and go. I want my money back, but apparently not, they are sending a new bed and mattress...... well lets see if you promised are true as everyone could see the pictures and i hope someone is gonna come and paint the staircase walls.i don't recommend them, i have a bed unmounted and mattress waiting for collection.

Absolutely terrible, still haven?t received our mattress ordered months ago. Customer services are awful and don?t coordinate with the delivery teams. So you stay in for a delivery that never arrives and then they turn up to deliver it when you?re out. Now they seem to have lost our mattress and are claiming they?ve delivered it when they haven?t. They keep promising to phone us back in 2 days once they?ve spoken to their delivery team but they never bother then when you ring back, you just get empty promises again. Not sure if we?ll ever see this mattress. Do not buy from this company under any circumstances. I would recommend an independent retailer such as Abingdon Beds

The bed delivery got cancelled and extended for an extra 3 weeks, we was not updated with an expected delivery time or date and had to ring benson for beds for an update multiple times also when the bed and mattress got delivered the 2 guys could not get the mattress up the stairs and the headboard into the room. As I arrived home with a friend we got the mattress and headboard into the room with very simple manoeuvres! Very poor service

First of all, I was expecting my bed the 22nd of September, so the 21st we sold our old bed and me, my baby and dad slept in a hotel. 22nd on the morning I call the company and they told us it will come the 18th of October!! One month later! The worst thing is that nobody contact us to tell us that, it was me who call the costumer service to know what time will be and what a surprise! After that, costumer service told me to buy an air bed of maximum 50£ for the month of waiting and they will pay me the amount if it?s less than 50£. I told them I?m sleeping with one baby with back problems that?s why I spend 1400£ in the bed. They said that then, I can get a provisional bed till my bed come in 5 working days. After 5 working days I call them to know what time is the delivery and they said me that nobody will bring me the bed because I bought and air bed already, but when I spoke with costumer service (after 3h of waiting) they told me I can have the air bed since the provisional bed comes. So basically again I stayed without bed, just the air bed. The worst company in my life. I already told everybody to DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible place to buy anything, they have nothing sorted, nothing organised. Just a complete waste of our time been waiting for over 6 months now with our order been cancelled 6 times at least. With some of them I had days of from work which I had to call and ask where my order is on that day and they say oh sorry it?s been cancelled without any heads up. Totally useless. Have never had such bad experience.

You could have delivered the mattress I ordered with the bed as a surprise for my daughter instead of confirming the order and then it not being on the van.

Disorganised supply chain, customer support and definitely not worth the wait and confusion in orders that you are likely to get. Better off going to Dreams. Customer requests are not dealt properly and miscommunication resulted in us receiving only the mattress from the driver who informed us that he did not have all the packages for the bed we had ordered 3 months ago after the date of delivery was rescheduled once. Till now we are getting two dates being quoted for delivery by different groups in the company. Horrible service.

Unfortunately my purchase experience from Benson for beds was really unpleasant. On the positive side, my impression in the store was good and the shop manager was helpful (Oxford store). But, when it comes to deliver my order my trouble started. Some problems that bothered me were: Last minute announcement for unavailability of my order, delay, and not having an exact plan about when to deliver my order.Particularly, They are not helpful and responsible about their costumers. I had purchased two bundles and one of them was ready in there stock, but they told me that they only deliver the full package together and I should wait (Maybe they want to save the cost of delivery even if it results in costumer unsatisfaction).
