We had an excellent experience with Jeff. He was very helpful and understanding and assisted us to choose the correct mattress to our needs. He offered all there services, sleep match machine, tea and coffee, went through all our options on pillows and gave us good advice and support and done the best deal available for our items. Couldn?t have been happier with the experience.

We bought a new mattress from the Oxford Dreams store. We had first class service from the guys there. I would thoroughly recommend a visit if you are after a bed or mattress. There is plenty to choose from. My daughter had previously bought a bed, so we knew the service was good!

I would just like to say that we were dreading going to shop for a new mattress,but I must say entering the Botley branch of Dreams, and being looked after by the Manager Jeff I can say to anyone who needs a new bed or mattress give them a go. Not once did me and my wife feel that anyone was pushing for a sale completely the opposite, from the magic machine doing the 3d measurements to the testing of the mattresses in store, to paying the bill even the hand delivered hot drink delivered to the beds we were trying.Absolutely 100% first class customer service was provided through the whole visit, congratulations Jeff and your team! We will definitely return and also make sure that friends and family are told this is the shop to use.Well donePaul and Julie Oxford????

We were met and served by St Clair, he was so friendly and helpful. He took his time with us and offered us refreshments. He was kind and caring, a real credit to Dreams. Will always shop there !

My son needed a new bed and rather than buy online that you can?t see we went to Dreams at Botley. Great decision.. served by St Clare who was not only very helpful but a lovely salesman. Not pushy but gave us our options and explained everything to us. A credit to his company and himself. Highly recommend.

Robert was super helpful when I visited in store. I needed a new mattress after my previous one had protruding springs that were irritating my sleep. Robert offered me a glass of water, helped me try the new sleep match program that analyses sleep patterns, and then recommended mattress types that corresponded with my results. He also spoke through the different guarantee schemes and made sure that I was understanding of all of the support that Dreams offers. I was incredibly satisfied, and extremely impressed with his service.

Just visited Dreams today and was served by St Clar. He went out of his way to welcome us, tremendous customer service! We came in for a mattress & left with a mattress! He offered us tea/coffee twice, had a lovely sense of humour and was just so so lovely & friendly to us.Thank you for your kind service!
